FORMER MEC AND HIS CO - ACCUSED GRANTED BAIL
Earlier today, the former MEC for Agriculture, Rural Development and Environmental Affairs in Mpumalanga Mandla Msibi, and his co- accused Anele Sonke Mnisi and Njabulo Mkhonto were granted bail of R20 000 each by the Nelspruit Magistrates’ Court.
The court set the following conditions:
- Not to interfere with state witnesses.
- To report to Pienaar police station every Mondays and Fridays.
- To surrender their passports to the investigating officer today before 16:30.
- Not to leave the Mpumalanga Province without informing the investigation officer.
All five accused will appear again on 06 December 2021 for further investigation.
